JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small creative studio looking for a skilled Photo Culling & Color Grading VA to help process our photo sessions.

Your main responsibilities:

COLOR GRADING, COMPOSITION / CROP + KEYSTONE, CLEANUP (Capture One, Photoshop)

• Color grade selected images to match provided reference images, portfolio style

• Correct keystoning — straighten vertical and horizontal lines (e.g. buildings, walls, doorframes, horizon lines) caused by lens distortion or camera tilt. Ensure architectural elements and straight edges appear true and parallel

• Clean up and retouch images — remove objects, clone out minor logos/brands, crop peoples faces/eyes as needed

PAID TEST PROJECT

Must be willing to complete a 3-hour paid test project. You will receive up to 33 EIP files along with process documentation and a training video where we walk through 3–5 examples. You must download and open these EIPs in Capture One, then process all 33 images approximating the style and edits shown in the training video.

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have:

• Capture One (trial veresion is ok) — including experience opening and working off of EIP files (Enhanced Image Packages)

• Adobe Bridge — culling, color grading, ratings

• Photoshop (or similar) — clean up / remove objects, keystoning correction

• Strong eye for composition and commercial stock photography

• Reliable internet and ability to work independently
