We run an online continuing education company (1st Choice CE). We are hiring a remote phone support agent to answer inbound calls from U.S. customers and help resolve basic issues. This is not sales—this is customer support.
Main responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls and provide friendly, professional support
Help customers with common issues: login, course access, certificates, receipts, general course questions
Use our web-based phone system (Quo/Kuo) and our website while on calls
Follow our scripts and training documents (we will train you)
Take clear notes and escalate anything you cannot solve
Requirements
Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation (easy for U.S. customers to understand)
Friendly attitude, patience, and strong customer service skills
Reliable high-speed internet, quiet work environment
Computer + headset with microphone (required)
Comfortable using web apps and learning new tools quickly
Schedule
6–10 hours per day depending on availability and call volume
Consistent schedule preferred
