JOB OVERVIEW

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM US Eastern (9 PM – 6 AM Philippine time; 10 PM – 7 AM from Nov 1).

PAY: $700/month, raise after a 60-day review. Paid monthly through OnlineJobs.ph Easypay. Long-term, full-time.

ABOUT US
We're two 19-year-old college students running Vassal Cleaning, a house cleaning company in Miami and South Florida. We book cleans for nice homes and send independent cleaners to do them. Small team, no corporate stuff, you work directly with the owners.

THE JOB
This is a phone sales job first. Leads come in from Thumbtack, Google and our website, and you turn them into booked cleans.
- Text every new lead back in under 1 minute, then call them
- Quote from our price list, handle "that's more than I expected," and close the booking
- Follow up with everyone who didn't book until they do or say no
- Dispatch: match each booked clean with a cleaner, confirm them the day before and the morning of, and find a replacement fast when someone cancels
- Handle customer texts and calls: reschedules, add-ons, complaints

Our prices and offers change a lot. We're always testing new deals, new areas and new add-ons. You need to roll with that and still sound confident on the next call.

WHO WE WANT
- You've sold over the phone and you liked it: home services, solar, real estate, dealership BDC, appointment setting, anything with a close
- You stay calm when three things happen at once
- You're chill and easy to talk to, and you lock in when it counts
- Near-native English with a neutral, American-sounding accent. Our customers are in Miami and should feel like they called someone local. This is the #1 requirement, and we judge it from your voice message
- At your computer the whole shift, with reliable internet plus a backup, a quiet spot and a headset

BIG PLUS
- Thumbtack, Angi, Yelp or Google Local Services leads
- Dispatch or scheduling for a cleaning, HVAC, plumbing or other home-service company
- Booking Koala, Quo/OpenPhone, Jobber, ZenMaid or any CRM
- Some Spanish (a lot of our cleaners speak Spanish)

HOW TO APPLY
We read every application ourselves. If it reads like ChatGPT wrote it, we skip it, no matter how good it sounds. Write like you'd text a friend. Typos are fine. No voice message = we don't read the rest.

1. Subject line: "Vassal Sales – [your name]"
2. A 60–90 second voice message (Vocaroo, Google Drive or Loom). Answer the phone like it's a real lead: they want a price for a 3-bedroom deep clean, you give one (make it up), and they say "hmm, that's more than I expected." Show us what you say next.
3. In 2–3 sentences: the best sale you ever closed. What were you selling, and what made them say yes?
4. In 1–2 sentences: a cleaner texts you at 7 AM that she can't make her 9 AM job. What do you do first?
5. Who is TJR? One sentence, no Googling. Wrong answers are fine.
6. Confirm you can work 9 AM – 6 PM US Eastern, Monday to Friday.
7. If you have a Versant English score, include it (we're looking for 70+). No score is fine, the voice message counts most.

Shortlisted applicants get a short paid test.
