JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time phone salesperson to join our U.S. real estate company.

This is a long-term position for someone who is great with people, confident on the phone, and has natural sales ability.

Who We're Looking For

We already have a great example of the type of person who has been successful with our company.

One of our longtime team members, Jerry, was born and raised in the United States before relocating to the Philippines. He worked with us for several years and became an extremely important part of our business.

What made Jerry great wasn't just experience. He was personable, dependable, spoke excellent American English, understood how to talk to people, and was naturally very good at sales.

We're looking for someone with those same qualities.

You don't need to know everything about real estate. We can teach you our business. What we're really looking for is someone who already knows how to communicate, sell, and build relationships with people over the phone.

What You'll Do

Your main responsibility will be talking with property owners in the United States.

You'll make and receive calls, follow up with leads, speak with property owners about selling, update our CRM, and help our team move real estate deals forward.

Requirements
Excellent spoken English
Strong and confident phone presence
Phone sales experience
Great personality and communication skills
Reliable and available full-time
Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers
Real estate experience is helpful, but not required
Compensation

$300 USD per week + bonuses

There is plenty of opportunity to earn more based on performance and grow into a larger role within the company.
