JOB OVERVIEW

We run a healthcare price transparency website in the US. We need someone to call independent clinics and medical offices in Austin, Texas to ask about their cash pay pricing as a potential new patient.

This is simple phone research work. You'll follow a script, fill in a Google Sheet with the prices you find, and report daily.

What You'll Do

• Call clinics from our list (urgent care, chiropractors, dentists, therapists, etc.)
• Ask about cash pay / self-pay pricing as a new patient
• Fill in our Google Sheet with what they quote
• Work 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday
• Target: 25–40 calls per shift

Requirements

• Clear, neutral English accent (American callers preferred but not required)
• Reliable internet and a way to make US calls (we'll provide calling credits via Google Voice or similar)
• Available during US business hours: 9am–1pm or 1pm–5pm Central Time
• Organized — good at filling in spreadsheets accurately
• Honest — we need accurate data, not guesses

How to Apply
Send a short voice recording (30–60 seconds) introducing yourself and reading this sentence:

"Hi, I'm calling to ask about your cash pay pricing for a new patient visit. I don't have insurance and I'm wondering what the cost would be."

Applications without a voice recording will not be considered.
