We work directly with jewelry store owners to help them grow their businesses through better systems, stronger teams, improved operations, and increased sales.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping business owners take the next step.

This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth and advancement.

About The Role

Your primary responsibility will be speaking with prospective clients, following up with leads, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our team.

This is not a hard-sales position.

You will not be responsible for closing deals.

Your job is simply to start conversations, build rapport, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified appointments.

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, organized, and comfortable communicating with business owners.

Key Responsibilities

* Call new leads and inquiries
* Follow up with existing leads
* Respond to text messages and emails
* Schedule appointments for the consulting team
* Update CRM records accurately
* Maintain detailed notes on conversations
* Follow appointment-setting processes and scripts
* Track daily activity and results
* Ensure leads receive timely communication
