JOB OVERVIEW

Countryside Hauling is a 5-star company with locations in Jacksonville and Tallahassee, Florida. We need a phone booking agent for our afternoon shift to answer live calls and texts from US homeowners and businesses and book jobs into our scheduling software.
Shift
• Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–7:00 PM US Eastern Time (1:30 AM–7:00 AM Philippine time)
• Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM US Eastern Time (8:00 PM–4:00 AM Philippine time)
• After November 2, when US daylight saving ends, Philippine times shift 1 hour later.
What you'll do
• Answer inbound calls and texts live, using our script
• Book jobs into Workiz with complete, accurate notes
• Follow up on unbooked quotes by text
• Escalate large project and commercial leads to the owner within 5 minutes
Must have
• Clear, easy-to-understand spoken English on the phone with Americans
• Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
• Phone sales or call center booking experience
• Quiet workspace, headset, reliable internet plus a backup connection
• Fully available for every shift above, including Saturdays, starting immediately
Pay: $4/hr, paid weekly. Paid trial week.
