THE ROLE
You will call
This is not a handoff role. You qualify AND book the appointment in one call. The funnel you own:
New Lead ? You Call & Qualify ? You Book the In-Home Assessment ? Assessment Happens
WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY
Call every new lead within 5 minutes of form submission (triple-dial on first attempt)
Pre-qualify prospects using our BANT framework (care needs, timeline, decision-maker, service area)
Book in-home consultations directly into the agency's calendar in GoHighLevel while on the phone
Handle objections: "I don't want someone in my house," "Just send me info," "How much does it cost?"
Follow up relentlessly: up to 7 dials on Day 1, morning and evening calls for 14 days, strategic texts and voice notes
Log every call in GoHighLevel with notes, tags, and correct pipeline stage
Send personalized voice notes and texts between call blocks
Ask if the family decision-maker can be present at the home visit (increases close rate)
WHAT YOU ARE NOT DOING
No cold calling — every lead already filled out a form asking for help
No closing or discussing pricing — the care specialist handles that at the home visit
No Medicaid paperwork — for Medicaid leads, you pre-qualify and schedule into the intake coordinator's calendar
No admin, data entry, social media, or tasks outside of calling and scheduling

COMPENSATION
Base: $10/hour + bonuses + incentives
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)
Near-native English fluency with a neutral or American accent. You will be calling elderly Americans and their worried adult children. Any noticeable accent will break trust immediately.
1+ year of phone-based SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience. You must be comfortable calling strangers, handling rejection, and following a script while sounding natural.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL). You must already know how to navigate contacts, update pipeline stages, use the calendar/booking system, send texts, and manage tags. We will not train you on GHL basics.
Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a completely quiet workspace. No background noise during calls. Your environment must sound professional.
Available for US Central Time business hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, Mon
day through Friday.
Genuine empathy and patience. You are calling someone's grandmother or someone's stressed-out daughter. If you can't slow down, listen, and make people feel safe, this role is not for you.
Comfortable booking in-home visits, not just phone calls. You're scheduling a real person to enter someone's home. You must be able to position this as safe, free, and no-obligation.
NICE-TO-HAVE (Strong Preference)
Background in healthcare, home care, or senior services
Experience responding to
Background as a licensed English teacher or call center trainer
Experience sending personalized voice notes as part of a follow-up cadence
Familiarity with US geography and culture

1-WEEK PAID TRIAL
All new hires start with a 1-week paid trial at full base rate ($5/hr x 40 hrs = $200). You'll complete training, practice calls, and start making live calls under coaching. At the end of the week, we both d
HOW TO APPLY

4. Your availability and workspace. What US hours can you work? Describe your workspace. What is your internet speed?
