JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Virtual Assistant to support a US-based insurance agency. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who can independently manage quoting, policy servicing, and carrier communication across multiple personal lines products.

Starting Rate: $4.50/hour

Requirements:

• MUST have at least 1 year of personal lines insurance experience
• MUST have hands-on experience quoting in EZLynx
• MUST have experience quoting directly on multiple insurance carrier websites
• MUST have experience quoting multiple personal lines products, including:

Auto
Homeowners
Renters
Umbrella
Dwelling Fire

• MUST have experience processing endorsements, coverage changes, and policy cancellations
• MUST have experience working with Salesforce, AgencyZoom, or other Agency Management Systems (AMS)
• MUST have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• MUST be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments
• MUST have a reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection

Qualifications and Skill Sets:

• Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products
• Proficient navigating carrier portals and underwriting systems
• Experience handling underwriting requests and policy servicing
• Comfortable communicating with carriers and clients through email and chat
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Responsibilities:

• Quote personal lines policies using EZLynx and carrier websites
• Prepare quotes for Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Umbrella, and Dwelling Fire policies
• Process endorsements, policy changes, and cancellations
• Assist with binding policies as needed
• Respond to underwriting requests and carrier inquiries
• Provide administrative support, including issuing ID cards and certificates of insurance
• Maintain accurate client information within Salesforce, AgencyZoom, and other agency management systems
• Complete follow-up tasks to ensure policies are processed accurately and on time
