Overview:
We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm/lead generation operation looking for high-level intake specialists who are ALSO strong salespeople. This is NOT a basic call center role. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your job is to build trust, control the conversation, and convert leads into signed cases.
If you only “take information,” this is NOT for you. We need closers.
Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries from potential personal injury clients
-Quickly assess case viability (MVA, slip and fall, etc.)
-Build rapport and guide the conversation with confidence
-Overcome objections and convert qualified leads into retained clients
-Collect accurate case information and input into CRM
-Follow up with leads who have not yet signed
-Maintain professionalism while handling high-volume intake
Requirements:
-Understanding of personal injury law (REQUIRED)
-Must understand basic case types, liability, and what makes a case valuable
-Proven SALES ability (REQUIRED)
-You must be comfortable closing and asking for commitment
-Fluent English (verbal and written) with a neutral accent
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills
-Ability to control calls and handle objections confidently
-Experience in PI intake, legal intake, or similar role preferred
-Reliable internet and quiet work environment
