JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury (PI) Case Manager to take full ownership of our PI patient workflow.
This is NOT a basic VA role — we are looking for someone who understands the full lifecycle of a PI case and can manage it independently.

Responsibilities:
Track all active PI patients from start to discharge
Communicate with attorneys and case managers
Request and manage medical records
Ensure all documentation is complete and organized
Monitor patient progress and flag cases nearing MMI
Prepare cases for submission to attorneys (records + billing)
Maintain a structured PI tracking system

Requirements:
Proven experience with U.S. personal injury cases
Ability to explain the PI case lifecycle clearly
Experience communicating with attorneys
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred:
Experience working with chiropractic or medical clinics
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
Experience with case management software (Monday)
