JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a highly organized personal assistant for support with online dating management, personal scheduling, travel research, and other private lifestyle-related tasks.
This role includes helping manage dating profiles, screening potential matches, drafting thoughtful and engaging messages, tracking conversations, and coordinating promising introductions through to date scheduling. You should be comfortable with polished, friendly, confident communication and able to maintain a natural, respectful, and authentic tone.
This is also a personal assistant role, so you may help with travel research, reservations, gift ideas, calendar coordination, and other personal administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
Help manage and maintain dating app profiles

Draft warm, engaging opening messages

Keep conversations organized and move promising matches forward

Screen for compatibility, communication quality, and alignment

Track matches, notes, preferences, and follow-ups in a spreadsheet or document

Coordinate date scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up logistics

Assist with personal tasks such as travel research, hotel and restaurant options, itinerary support, reservations, and light lifestyle admin

Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion

Requirements:
Job hours: Thursday- Monday 11-7pm.
Pay $4/hr + commission after 90 days.

Excellent written English

Comfortable with modern dating apps and online communication

Able to write messages that feel natural, confident, warm, and tasteful

Strong research and organizational skills

Comfortable with travel planning, scheduling, and personal assistant tasks

Highly discreet, dependable, and detail-oriented

Important Notes:
This is a private personal assistant role with a strong dating-assistance component

All communication should remain respectful, authentic, and professional

Good judgment, discretion, and tone are very important

Preference for someone who can manage sensitive personal tasks with maturity and confidentiality
