Overview
We’re looking for a Personal Brand Content Manager to help turn a founder’s thinking, experience, and insights into consistent, high-quality content across social platforms.
This is not a strategy or ghostwriting role. The founder supplies the ideas, judgment, and voice. You handle clarity, structure, and execution.
Responsibilities
Convert founder’s raw inputs (bullets, voice notes, Looms, messages) into at least one post a day, could be more
Edit for clarity while preserving the founder’s natural voice
Format and schedule content on primary and secondary platforms
Repurpose core ideas across platforms (without changing meaning)
Maintain consistency in tone, positioning, and themes
Track which topics and angles resonate over time
Light engagement (likes/comments), no DM outreach

Are excellent at editing, not inventing
Know how to preserve someone else’s voice
Understand business, founders, and operators
Can simplify complex ideas without dumbing them down
Are comfortable pushing back if something feels off-brand
Prefer consistency and quality over virality

Content sparks thoughtful replies and inbound conversations
