We’re Hiring: High-Impact Personal Assistant to the CEO (Remote, Full-Time)
Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves staying organized, and enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes?
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Personal Assistant to support our CEO in a full-time remote role. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, moves quickly, and enjoys solving problems before they arise.
If you enjoy being a trusted right hand, keeping priorities on track, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and
• Track priorities, tasks, and deadlines using ClickUp or Notion
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinate travel, bookings, and logistics
• Serve as a coordination point for internal and external communication
• Proactively follow up on tasks and ensure completion without constant reminders
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For
• Available to work full-time in Sydney timezone (AEST)
• At least 2 years’ experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive remotely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fast, proactive, and confident handling urgent or changing priorities
• Skilled in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Slack, and Zoom
• Highly organized, dependable, and accountable
• Able to think ahead, anticipate needs, and solve problems independently
