**20 Jan2026Higher level knowledge of using and managing Clickup functions is important. I would like to find someone who can help us grow in more use of these and intergrating automatic tasks and reminders.

Other- Perform additional administrative duties as requested Requirements • Excellent English communication (written & verbal) • Positive attitude and professional demeanor • Willingness to learn and grow both mentally and professionally• Timeliness and ability to maintain a consistent schedule • Highly organized and proactive — not afraid to take initiative • Experience with administrative tasks related to construction and property management • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Experience with ClickUp and/or Buildertrend preferred (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Comfortable working US hours (M-F 8am to 4PM PST)
• Fully dedicated during work hours; able to build trust in remote work setting
• Trustworthy and dependable — must handle sensitive business & personal info
• Use of Timeproof Software required
• Nice to Have (not required but a plus):- Familiarity with real estate, construction, or property management terms- Social media scheduling/content experience- Familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Grok, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $800/month USD for the first 60-90 days probationary period (paid bi-monthly)- Increase to $880/month USD after 60-90 days based on performance and full-time commitment- Performance-based bonuses and annual salary increases- 13th month pay after 1st year (customary in the Philippines)- Paid PH holidays + vacation leave- Long-term, stable position with potential for growth- Opportunity to be an integral part of a growing US-based business- Friendly, supportive team culture Work Schedule • 40 hours per week (Full time) • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) Non-Compete, Legal and Reviews • All company documents, processes, data, and information are proprietary and may not be shared or used for personal purposes. • This is an at-will agreement; both parties may terminate employment at any time, though two-week notice is preferred. • Schedule 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews using the manager’s calendar. Prior to reviews, submit a summary of accomplishments and progress.
Keys to Success • Communication: Schedule time with the manager if tasks are unclear. Keep communication proactive. • Timeliness: Notify manager when starting, taking breaks, and ending the day. Respond to messages within 15 minutes. Time tracking via ClickUp’s built-in software is required. Request time off at least two weeks in advance. • Initiative: Think ahead and contribute ideas to improve workflows and business growth. Mistakes are part of learning. • Positive Attitude: Maintain a team-oriented, optimistic mindset. Even in challenging times, keep interactions professional and upbeat.
