JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're a US-based couple looking for a personal assistant who has some background or knowledge in nutrition and wellness. This is a dual role: you'll run our day-to-day life-admin and support our health and fitness routine. A licensed personal training or nutrition certification is required.

On the assistant side, you'll handle appointments, research, calls, planning, and online shopping — the day-to-day work that keeps a busy schedule running smoothly. On the wellness side, you'll help guide our morning routine, workouts, and nutrition.

This is a high-trust role. You'll handle personal information, so discretion and reliability are non-negotiable. We use AI tools across everything we do, and we're looking for someone proactive who thinks a step ahead and catches things before they slip.

Trust and responsibility grow over time. You'll start with non-sensitive tasks and take on more as we build a working relationship.

What You'll Do
- Guide our morning routine, workouts, and nutrition planning
- Book and coordinate appointments (doctor, salon, optical, and more)
- Research and compare providers, then hire or book (health, insurance, legal, home services, massage, car repair, and more)
- Plan meals, hobbies, celebrations, gifts, and trips
- Track birthdays and important dates, and remind us to call or reach out
- Start our mornings with a check-in and keep the day on track
- Set up and coordinate calls, navigating phone trees and holding through wait queues
- Research products and load online shopping carts for review

Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience as a personal assistant or VA
- Fitness or wellness background, Licensed fitness coach or nutritionist preferred
- Excellent written English AND clear, professional spoken English — you'll be navigating US phone systems and speaking with institutions and vendors
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented — you don't let things slip
- Proactive and confident — you think ahead and bring order to a busy schedule
- Discreet and trustworthy with personal information
- Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI note-takers) and quick to learn new software
- Reliable internet with a backup connection
- Able to work fixed US Pacific morning hours (late evening in the Philippines)

Work Setup
- Part-time, up to 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday
- Fixed hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM US Pacific Time
- 100% remote, work from home
- Tools: Google Workspace, AI note-takers, and others as needed
- Your time is tracked with Hubstaff during working hours
- Your screen and camera must be shared on ---------- during all working hours

Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate, USD
- Paid monthly via Wise
- Long-term role with room to grow in responsibility and rate
