Arthur & Hamilton Ltd is a growing UK-based property management company specialising in HMOs, hotels, and residential lettings in the UK.
We operate in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, organisation, and follow-through are critical. This is not a passive role, you will be directly involved in keeping operations running smoothly across multiple properties.
About the Role
This is a remote operations role focused on property management support.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing tenant/guest communication (issues, updates, coordination)
2. Handling maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
3. Tracking ongoing problems and ensuring they are fully resolved
4. Supporting tenancy processes (onboarding, documentation, compliance)
5. Maintaining internal systems (spreadsheets, trackers, logs)
6. Keeping operations organised, updated, and moving forward
7. Creating marketing content and posting on social media
8. Creating proposals and contacting landlords
This role requires someone who can think, prioritise, and take ownership — not just follow instructions.

Compensation
40 hours per week
$350/month for the first 6 months (non-negotiable)
Salary increases by 50% every 6 months (up to $6/hour) based on performance
30 days annual leave (pro-rata)
Up to $3000 annual bonus based on performance

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (GMT)

“Hi, the heating hasn’t been working since last night. It’s really cold and I need this fixed urgently.”
Write your full response to the tenant.
Then explain:

- How you would ensure this gets resolved
Task 2 - Scenario
You’ve booked a contractor for an urgent repair.
They don’t show up. The tenant is now annoyed and chasing you.
What do you do?
Task 3 – Prioritisation Test
You have the following tasks at the same time:
- Tenant complaining about no heating
- Contractor asking for payment approval
- Spreadsheet needs updating
- New tenant onboarding
- Landlord asking for an update
What order would you handle these in and why?
Task 4 – Availability & Commitment
Answer the following:
- Are you currently working any other jobs? If yes, explain fully
- How many hours per week can you commit, consistently?
- How long are you looking to stay in this role?
- Confirm you are happy with the salary and structure
