We are looking for a performance-driven media buyer to help scale our paid advertising, primarily on Meta Ads Manager. Who are we? Golden Grip is a premium fitness brand focused on grip strength, forearm training, and armwrestling equipment.
We already:
- Spend €10K–€20K/month on ads
- Have proven products and creatives
- Understand our audience and positioning
We need someone who can scale what works, improve efficiency, bring structure, and take on the operational work inside the ad manager.
Your key responsibilities would be:
- Campaign management and scaling
- Testing and identifying winning patterns
- Creative collaboration: work with our team on ad creatives, hooks, concepts, etc.
- Performance tracking and monitoring our key metric. We use TripleWhale for attribution, having experience with this is a plus.
- Risk management: following Meta best practices and work within platform policies to avoid account restrictions.
You are a good fit if:
- Proven experience managing €10+ monthly ad spend
- Strong understanding of Meta ads in 2026 landscape
- Experience scaling international ecommerce D2C brands
- Having affinity with fitness / strength sports is a huge plus
- You have a good feel for marketing strategy and understand all the ins and outs about attribution, key metrics, etc.
The job role would be part-time to start, but can evolve to more hours depending on your performance and skill sets.
Payment is based on a fixed monthly/hourly fee, depending on your experience. Performance bonuses could be discussed.
