The Role
Edit paid ad creative for Meta (95% of our spend). UGC testimonials, native advertorials, podcast-style, some motion graphics.

Volume: 3-7 batches/week
Turnaround: 24-48 hours max
Your job: Make ads that PERFORM. Hook rate, hold time, spend. Pretty doesn't matter.

Fluent with AI tools — KIE AI, Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Midjourney, Kling. You know which model to reach for and when. You use AI to ship faster, not as a gimmick.
Understand direct response — hooks, first 3 seconds, retention curves
Fast executor (ships quick, doesn't sit on revisions)
Portfolio of UGC/native Meta ads (not brand films)
Bonus:

Worked at 7-8 figure DTC brands
Motion graphics
Instant no:

"I need clear creative direction" (you should know what performs)
Juggling 5 clients (we need full-time focus)
