JOB OVERVIEW

About the Opportunity We are an ambitious e-commerce team scaling high-growth brands. Our current portfolio includes ---------- (premium hair care for Black women) and ---------- (cat health supplements). We aren’t looking for just "editors"—we are looking for direct-response storytellers who understand how to stop the scroll and drive sales.

What You’ll Gain You will be working on competitive brands in high-growth niches. You’ll see the "back end" of the data, learn what actually scales, and have the opportunity to move into a full-time role within our core team.

The Role

VSL Focus: You will primarily create long-form Video Sales Letters and high-tempo Facebook Ads.

Additionally you will make short form content.

Workflow: Must be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.

AI Integration: We create b rolls often with AI tools. Therefore, we value editors who use AI to speed up workflows or enhance creative assets.

Availability: Minimum 20 hours per week (with full-time potential).

Compensation & Perks

Base Pay: $5/hour.

Performance Pay: A commission percentage based on the ad spend of your winning creatives. If your ad scales past $1k you profit directly from that success.

Bonuses: Regular bonuses are awarded to our internal team for consistency and quality.

How to Apply

Please provide clear, concise answers to the following:

Experience: How many years have you been editing specifically for Facebook/DTC brands?

Portfolio: Provide links to your best ads. Important: Include at least one VSL or long-form ad.

Video Breakdown: Pick one ad from your portfolio and explain why it worked. What was the hook? What psychological trigger did you use? (We want to see your "marketing brain," not just your editing skills).

Results: What was the highest ad spend or best ROAS achieved by an ad you edited?

Software: Are you expert-level in Adobe Premiere Pro?

AI Tools: Which AI tools do you use in your editing process (if any)?

Add "Curly" to the title to show you read the whole job post

Availability: Can you commit to at least 20 hours per week?

Agreement: Do you accept the $5/hr base + ad spend commission structure?

Kind regards,

Casper Peters
