We are looking for an A-player who is confident in their ability to crush it.
We are top-level marketers, so we expect high-level people in our team as well.
Your videos must convert — not just look good.
We are running ads to real people, not just producing nice-looking short videos.
Your Role
Your job is simple in theory, difficult in practice:
Produce ads that scale.
That means:
• Strong hooks in the first seconds
• Understanding our target avatar
• Clear storytelling structure
• Data-driven creative decisions
• Feedback loops on your own creatives
• Constant iteration and testing
Who We’re Looking For
You:
• Have already produced winning ad creatives
• Understand hook rate, hold rate, CTR and conversion mechanics
• Think data-first, not ego-first
• Understand direct response advertising
• Can iterate creatives quickly
• Can professionally handle language and localization challenges
Compensation
We believe great performance should be rewarded.
Our model combines financial stability with performance upside.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary:
$900 – $1,200 / month (depending on experience)
5h per day working time
PLUS
Performance Bonus per Winning Ad:
$100 – $700+ per Winning Ad
If an ad performs and scales, your upside increases significantly.
Top creatives can generate multiple bonuses per month.
There is no strict ceiling for performance payouts.
