About Us

Sleepiest is an award-winning sleep app and podcast network featuring an iOS app with over 7 million downloads and a repertoire of seven soul-soothing podcasts for adults and kids. Since launching in 2022, our podcasts have been streamed over 100 million times.

Role

We’re looking for a Performance Video Creator (Freelance) to own the ideation, creation, and iteration of video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.

This is a hands-on, high-impact freelance role for someone who loves testing ideas, telling stories visually, and scaling winning creatives profitably. You’ll work closely with the CEO and play a key role in Sleepiest’s next phase of growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning video ad creative end to end, from ideation to iteration
• Creating and editing short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
• Delivering 3 to 5 new ad concepts per week, plus iterations based on performance
• Scaling creatives profitably, with ROAS as the core success metric
• Using AI tools to generate visuals, concepts, and story variations quickly
• Testing hooks, narratives, pacing, and formats to unlock performance gains
• Analysing results and doubling down on what works

All Sleepiest in-app content is created by humans. AI allows us to experiment faster and explore more creative territory.

What we’re looking for

• 3 to 4 years experience creating performance video ads that have scaled spend profitably
• A proven track record of driving ROAS through creative
• Strong instincts for hooks, storytelling, and short-form pacing
• Hands-on video editing skills
• Comfortable owning creative strategy and experimentation independently
• Curious, fast-moving, and performance-minded

No specific AI tools are required. Openness and experimentation matter more than the stack.
