We're looking for a senior-level Social Advertising Specialist who lives and breathes full-funnel paid social. If your idea of social advertising is boosting posts, this isn't the role for you.

The Role
You'll own the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns, from strategy and launch to optimization and scale, across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads, with optional scope for LinkedIn and Pinterest.
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, including e-commerce brands, lead generation funnels, website-as-a-service (WAAS) offers, high-end consultancy firms, and personal brands.
Your north star: profitable growth, lower CPA, higher ROAS, and systems that scale.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies from cold prospecting through to conversion
- Design and run structured testing frameworks across angles, hooks, and creatives
- Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure, including Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking
- Identify and scale winning campaigns while managing budget allocation
- Build and refine retargeting flows, audience segments, and lookalike strategies
- Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights, not just dashboards
- Recommend CRO improvements on landing pages based on campaign data

You'll collaborate closely with the CEO on strategy and positioning, designers on ad creatives, developers on landing pages, and copywriters on messaging.

How You'll Be Measured
Performance is everything here. Your KPIs will include cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS, marketing efficiency ratio (for e-commerce), lead quality, testing velocity, and creative performance insights.
No ego. Just results and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
- Proven track record managing $5,000+ in monthly ad spend
- Deep understanding of scaling frameworks, creative testing structures, data analysis, attribution challenges, broad vs. interest-based targeting, and platform-specific best practices
- Working experience with GA4, Shopify or WooCommerce, Conversions API setup, and pixel tracking and troubleshooting

Nice to Have:
- Experience with TikTok scaling strategies
- UGC ad testing experience
- Background in service-based lead generation
- Experience working with international clients
- Google Ads knowledge
- Email marketing knowledge, particularly Klaviyo

Who This Role Is Not For
We're not the right fit if you only boost posts, can't articulate why a campaign is working, don't understand the nuances between platforms, avoid aggressive creative testing, or rely on a single strategy for every client.
