We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid ads and day-to-day marketing execution for ecommerce clients across Meta
This is a contract role paid per client (retainer per account). You’ll be responsible for campaign performance, reporting, and consistent client communication.
Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage campaigns on:
Meta Ads
Google Ads (Search/Shopping/PMAX where appropriate)
TikTok Ads
Day-to-day account management:
Monitoring performance, budgets, and KPIs
Iterating creatives, copy, targeting, and landing page recommendations
Client management:
Weekly reporting to clients (clear wins, issues, next actions)
Bi-weekly 1:1 client calls (strategy + next steps)
Website & funnel oversight:
Basic website checks (conversion rate issues, tracking, UX notes)
Recommend improvements (not necessarily implementing dev work unless agreed)
Social content support:
Generate/coordinate social media content ideas and posts aligned to offers and ad angles (short-form friendly)
Requirements
Proven results managing paid ads for ecommerce (or lead gen if strong)
Comfortable owning accounts end-to-end (strategy ? execution ? reporting)
Strong communication + ability to explain performance simply
Solid understanding of tracking fundamentals (Pixel/CAPI, GA4, UTM structure)
Creative testing mindset (angles, hooks, offers, iteration)
Nice to Have
Shopify experience
Experience with
Ability to produce UGC-style ad scripts or creative briefs
Compensation
Paid per client on a weekly basis
Opportunity for more clients as performance proves out
