JOB OVERVIEW

READ THIS FIRST. This is not a virtual assistant role and not an ads-assistant role. We are hiring one person to run paid advertising for two dental practices in Canada and to own the result. If your experience is scheduling posts, building reports someone else reads, or assisting a media buyer, this is not for you and we will not reply.

Applications that do not include all three items listed under HOW TO APPLY get deleted unread.

HOURS
Work your own daytime hours. We are in Canada on Pacific time and we do not need you awake at night. A normal Manila schedule already lines up well: our advertising day finishes at 3:00 PM your time, so you review a complete day and set up the next one before ours begins.

What we do require:
- Your daily review is finished and posted by 6:00 AM Pacific (9:00 PM Manila).
- Any message answered within 12 hours, and within 2 hours during your own working day.
- Available for an occasional scheduled call at 8:00-9:00 AM Pacific (11:00 PM Manila) when we ask.
- If you see money running to something broken, you pause it immediately without asking permission.

THE BUSINESS
Two dental practices in British Columbia, Canada, sharing one set of ad accounts. One is a general practice where every single booking arrives by telephone. The other is a full-arch dental implant brand where one case is worth about $49,000 and patients fly in from three provinces. We spend roughly $10,000 to $20,000 USD a month across Google Search and Meta, with room to grow.

THE NUMBER YOU OWN
Net new patients per month, counted in our practice management software. Not leads. Not platform conversions. Not clicks. Alongside it, cost per booked and attended patient. Those are the two numbers you are reviewed on, every month.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Run both accounts every day - budgets, keywords, negatives, match types, audiences, creative tests, landing pages and offers. Treat the two practices as two different businesses; a campaign selling a $49,000 case is not run or judged like one selling a cleaning. Own the follow-up sequence for high-value leads. Keep the measurement honest - call tracking, offline conversion imports, CRM hygiene - and tell us the same day when a number cannot be trusted. Write three lines at the end of each day on what you changed and what is blocking you, and a real written summary every Friday. We do not hold meetings. Everything is written.

WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE
Tracked phone numbers for each ad source, a ledger recording every form, call, message and booking, a daily per-ad report, and automatic alerts when something stops running. You are not building any of it. What is missing is a person who reads it every day and acts on it before the owner notices - the starved campaign, the competitor's name costing $30 a click, the landing page with no tracking on it.

YOU ARE A FIT IF
- You have personally managed at least $50,000 USD a month across Google Search and Meta.
- You did it for local service businesses where the sale is closed on the phone - dental, medical spa, cosmetic surgery, legal, home services. Not e-commerce.
- You have handled at least one high-value offer where the customer takes months to d ---------- .
- You can explain, without being asked, the difference between impression share lost to budget and impression share lost to rank.
- You have worked with call tracking, offline conversion imports, and a CRM as the source of truth. GoHighLevel is a plus.

YOU ARE NOT A FIT IF
- You report CTR, cost per click or platform conversions as your results.
- Your background is agency account management rather than owning an outcome.
- You need a developer to change a landing page URL.

HOW TO APPLY
Do not send a resume, a portfolio, or a cover letter. We will not read them. Three things:

1. Your subject line must read exactly: IMPRESSION SHARE - [your full name]

2. A link to a 3-minute screen recording, unedited. Share your screen inside a Google Ads or Meta account you personally managed. Hide the client name, we do not need it. Show us the account, its monthly spend and its conversion column; the search terms report or the ad set breakdown; and one change you made and why, pointing at it on screen. Talk over it. Rough is fine. A phone recording of your monitor is fine. No editing and no slides. If you have really run accounts, this takes you five minutes. Loom, Google Drive or unlisted YouTube are all fine.

3. One line: what you need to be paid per month, and why that number.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Shortlisted applicants get a paid three-day trial with read-only access to our two real ad accounts. You give us one page per practice: what is wrong with it, and a 30-day plan with a target cost per booked patient. It must begin with three specific numbers that you pull yourself, which we name when we give you access. Finalists do one 45-minute session with the owner, screen shared, live in our account. That is the only meeting in the whole job.

You may use AI for any part of this. We do. We are hiring someone who can operate, not someone who can write.
