JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US

We're NH Repairs, a commercial truck, trailer, fleet, and RV repair business in South Florida. We spend real money on paid ads and we're looking for someone to own our entire digital customer acquisition. Not someone who just logs into Google Ads, adjusts bids, and reports on impressions. We want someone who brings in real paying customers.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

From day one, you'll manage our Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, including:

*Google Search campaigns and Performance Max
*Keyword and search-term analysis, negative keyword management
*Geographic targeting and campaign structure
*Ad copy, offers, and A/B testing
*Conversion tracking, call tracking, GA4 and GTM
*Meta and Instagram ads and retargeting
*Landing page testing and optimization
*Competitor research
*Reporting on qualified leads and cost per qualified lead

As you settle in, this grows to include building new landing pages, AI-assisted website and ad creative, lead funnels, CRM integrations, and conversion rate optimization.

You don't need to be a developer, but you do need to be comfortable with landing page builders, WordPress or similar, and modern AI tools, enough to build and improve pages without needing a developer for every small change.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

We do not care about impressions, clicks, CTR, or Google's optimization score. We measure success by qualified phone calls, qualified service requests, cost per qualified lead, estimates generated, jobs sold, revenue, and gross profit. Our best customers are local businesses and fleets running trucks, trailers, commercial vehicles, or equipment.

REQUIREMENTS (you should apply if you)

Have strong hands-on Google Ads experience
Have managed meaningful monthly ad spend across both Google and Meta
Understand Google Search and Performance Max deeply, and know when to use each
Understand conversion tracking and attribution
Can diagnose weak campaign performance instead of blaming the client or the market
Understand landing page conversion optimization
Use AI tools well
Write and speak excellent English
Are comfortable working with data
Work independently, with minimal supervision
Think commercially: you ask "did this bring in profitable customers," not "did traffic go up"

Bonus: experience with local service businesses (automotive, trucking, repair, home services, medical, or other phone-call-driven businesses).

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

You need daily direction on what to do
You measure your work by clicks, impressions, or traffic
You've only run small campaigns
You can't explain where leads actually come from
You just apply Google's recommendations without questioning them

HOW TO APPLY

Start your application with the words: "Qualified Leads Matter." Applications that skip this won't be reviewed.

We can tell when answers are written with ChatGPT, so instead of typing your answers, please record one Loom video (10 to 15 minutes) where you:

1. Screen-share a real Google Ads and/or Meta account you've managed (blur the client name if needed) and walk through how it's structured.
2. Answer out loud, unscripted: you inherit an account spending $8,000/month for a local service business and leads drop sharply. What are the first five things you check, and how do you tell whether the problem is traffic volume, traffic quality, tracking, the landing page, or the sales team?
3. Talk through Google Search vs Performance Max, when you'd use each, using a real example from your own work.
4. Show one account where you clearly improved performance: actual spend, the problem, what you changed, and before-and-after numbers on screen.
5. List the tools you've actually used for Google Ads, GA4, GTM, call tracking, landing pages, Meta Ads, and AI tools.
6. Walk through how you'd approach your first 30 days managing our account.

Finalists will have a short live call to verify the account work shown in the video. Generic or unverifiable applications will be deprioritized.
