This is not a training role. We’re looking for a hands-on ad strategist and operator—someone who has personally set up ad accounts from scratch, launched high-performing campaigns, and optimized toward real results like qualified appointment bookings, not just “leads.”

Your Mission:
Start by owning our Meta
This is a part-time role to start (~20 hrs/week), with the opportunity to grow into full-time ownership as we scale.
What You'll Do:
Platform Setup & Optimization
- Build ad accounts from scratch (Meta Business Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Configure tracking: LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM protocols
- Set up conversion goals and custom audiences tied to landing pages and forms
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Launch & manage ad campaigns for appointment bookings (not downloads)
- Test creative angles across industries (starting with Manufacturing)
- Coordinate with our designer and web manager to ensure aligned visuals and CTAs
Landing Page Optimization
- Provide feedback to improve CRO (form fills, calendar bookings)
- Collaborate on UTM tracking and campaign performance attribution
SEO Support (Ongoing)
- Collaborate with our content and SEO writer
- Identify high-impact keywords and ranking gaps
- Support backlink and citation-building initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate performance reports with insights
- Monitor CPL, conversion rate, and campaign ROI
- Flag underperforming ads and recommend optimization strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven ability to build campaigns and accounts from scratch
- Solid understanding of ad objectives, audiences, conversion setup, and testing
- Comfortable working with tracking tools like GA4, GTM, Pixels, and Insight Tags
- Strong communicator, especially with async remote teams
Bonus If You:
- Have experience running Google/Bing Ads (we’ll scale into this soon)
- Understand HubSpot, CRMs, or appointment-setting flows
- Have worked in cybersecurity, IT, or B2B services
- Know your way around SEMrush
