About Axya
Axya Global is a real estate and development company based in Toronto, Canada. We market pre-construction homes in the Greater Toronto Area, where competition is intense and qualified buyers matter.
Our ambition goes beyond selling properties. We want to understand how people live and help deliver homes that feel like an extension of them. Our long-term vision includes advancing construction through innovative modular and deployable structures.
We are looking for a performance marketer who brings strong judgment, takes ownership, and has a tremendous appetite to learn.
Your mission
Build and improve the system connecting our advertising, CRM, qualified appointments, and sales.
You should proactively identify opportunities, recommend changes, and execute within agreed budgets. We want someone who notices problems and opportunities before we have to point them out.
What you will own
- Google and Meta advertising: Build, launch, monitor, and improve campaigns. Manage targeting, search terms, negative keywords, bidding, budget pacing, ad copy, and creative testing.
- CRM feedback: Connect acquisition data and meaningful lead outcomes in Follow Up Boss to Google and Meta. Implement and validate tracking, working with specialist support where necessary.
- Funnel analysis: Identify where leads drop off between registration, contact, qualification, appointments, and sales. Work with our sales team to distinguish advertising problems from follow-up problems.
- Competitive research: Study competing ads, landing pages, messaging, and offers. Turn findings into practical opportunities for Axya.
- Testing and reporting: Maintain a prioritized testing plan and explain what changed, why, what happened, and what should happen next.
What we are looking for
- Proven hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation.
- Evidence of improving lead quality and downstream outcomes.
- Experience building or improving landing pages.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions for leads, Meta Conversions API, and CRM attribution.
- Experience implementing a CRM-to-ad-platform feedback loop beyond basic form-submission tracking.
- Strong written English and the ability to explain decisions clearly.
- Independent prioritization, dependable communication, and agreed overlap with EST working hours.
Experience with real estate, mortgages, home services, or other high-value purchases involving an offline sales process is valuable. Follow Up Boss, n8n, Make, Zapier, and API/webhook experience are advantages.
Learning and initiative matter
We expect you to stay current with platform changes, measurement developments, creative approaches, and useful tools.
Bring us ideas, explain the reasoning, and test them responsibly. Know when the evidence supports a change and when more data is needed.
We care about your ability to learn, apply, measure, and improve—not simply name the latest feature or tool.
How we will assess success
- Reliable tracking and clear visibility into lead quality.
- Better cost per qualified lead and qualified attended appointment.
- Acquisition costs that make sense.
- Useful experiments and proactive recommendations.
- Less founder involvement in routine advertising work.
How to apply
Include while applying:
1. Two relevant campaign examples: budget, timeframe, results, and your personal contribution.
2. A short explanation of a CRM feedback loop you implemented and how you verified it worked.
3. One thing you learned in the last 90 days, how you applied it, and what happened.
Keep examples specific. Anonymize confidential client information.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a small paid practical assessment using anonymized information or read-only access.
