Nurecover is a Health & Wellness brand focused on performance-driven DTC growth. They are hiring a full-time, remote Creative Strategist to own the full process from ideation to launching winning ad creative, closely aligned with media buying and measurable outcomes.

Additional Compensation: Base pay plus 3% of ad spend
Responsibilities:
-Lead direct response creative strategy to drive scalable and measurable customer acquisition
-Own the full creative pipeline from concepting and angles to production direction, iteration, and launching live ads
-Work closely with media buyers to align creative with targeting, funnels, offers, and performance insights
-Review and improve ad copy quality, making sure hooks, differentiation, and messaging are conversion-focused
-Use AI-driven creative methods, including avatars and personas, to increase testing speed and improve message-market fit
Must-Haves:
-Strong direct response marketing background
-Experience working with an 8 or 9 figure brand
-Ability to manage the full process from ideation to live creative
-Hands-on experience with media buying
- Knowledge of AI creative workflows, avatars, and personas
-Strong copy judgment and the ability to tell good copy from bad
Nice to Have:
-Strong DTC creative testing framework with fast iteration and clear learning loops
-Experience working with editors, designers, and UGC-style production workflows
-Comfort reading performance metrics like CPA, CVR, CTR, and hook rate, and using them to improve creative
-Familiarity with health and wellness messaging while staying compliant and performance-focused
