Performance Creative Editor (Meta Ads – High Volume E-commerce)
Do not apply if you only make “nice looking” videos.
We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a performance-focused creative editor who understands direct response and paid social.
Your job is not to make one perfect video.
Your job is to produce variations and test what converts.
You will:
• Produce 30–60 ad creatives per week (UGC, statics, reviews, AI-video, overlays)
• Create multiple hook variations from the same raw footage
• Edit for retention (first 3 seconds matter most)
• Design clear, bold text overlays built for mobile
• Set up structured creative tests inside Meta Ads Manager
• Follow a testing framework (hook tests, angle tests, format tests)
You must:
• Understand hook rate, CTR, CPA, thumb stop rate
• Know how to edit for scroll-stopping performance
• Be comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager
• Work fast and systematically
• Think in testing matrices, not “final versions”
Required:
• Proven performance ad examples
• Metrics from past campaigns (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
• Experience with e-commerce brands
• Weekly availability (20–40 hours)
If you do not understand performance marketing psychology, this role is not for you.
This is long-term and high-volume. We scale winners aggressively.
