We are a fast-growing lead generation and AI automation company working with car dealerships across Canada and the U.S.
We generate high-intent buyers daily and are looking for a salesperson who understands that closing the deal is only the beginning.
This role is built around long-term client value. Your success will be tied not just to sales, but to how well you retain and grow accounts.
Role Overview
You will be speaking with warm inbound leads (dealership owners and managers) who are already interested in buying leads or improving their sales process.
You must have a noise-free environment (no background noise during calls)
Experience working with U.S. or Canadian clients and using phone systems/dialers is required
Your responsibility is to:
Close new clients
Ensure they are properly onboarded
Maintain strong follow-up
Drive long-term retention
This is not a one-call close role. This is a relationship-driven position.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, SMS)
Follow up with prospects and close new deals
Set proper expectations from the start
Maintain ongoing communication with clients after the sale
Ensure client satisfaction and reduce churn
Identify issues early and address them
Track conversations and updates in CRM

What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication with clear, neutral pronunciation suitable for U.S. and Canadian clients
This is a phone-based role, so clarity and confidence in your voice are critical
A short voice recording is required as part of the application
Sales experience (phone or chat closing)
