Peptides Affiliate & Social Media Outreach Specialist

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce company in the **Research Use Only (RUO) peptide industry** looking for a highly motivated **Affiliate & Social Media Outreach Specialist** to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be finding potential affiliates, creators, influencers, and partners online and starting conversations with them on behalf of our brand. As well as reaching out to potential customers.

This is **not just a data-entry position**. We want someone who is comfortable communicating with people, sending outreach, following up, researching new opportunities, and ultimately helping us recruit affiliates who can drive sales.

## What You’ll Be Doing

* Find potential affiliates, creators, influencers, and brand partners across Instagram, Reddit, and other online communities
* Send personalized Instagram DMs
* Creating and maintaining outreach accounts
* Identify relevant university organizations, fraternity pages, creators, and other communities for outreach
* Research individual contacts and social media accounts within our target audiences
* Post affiliate recruitment opportunities in relevant Reddit communities, forums, Facebook groups, and other online communities where appropriate
* Reach out to potential affiliates through email
* Follow up consistently with people who have not responded
* Respond to interested prospects and help move them toward joining our affiliate program
* Maintain organized records of every person contacted
* Track:

* Name
* Instagram/social profile
* Email
* Organization/university/community
* Date contacted
* Follow-up dates
* Response
* Affiliate signup
* Results generated
* Test different outreach messages and help identify which approaches generate the highest response rates
* Research additional creative ways for us to recruit affiliates and partners
* Provide regular updates on outreach volume, responses, conversations, and affiliate signups
* Ensure outreach consistently follows our **Research Use Only positioning and approved brand messaging**

## Who We’re Looking For

You should be:

* Extremely comfortable using Instagram and other social media platforms
* Familiar with Reddit and online communities
* A strong written English communicator
* Able to write naturally and conversationally — **we do not want outreach that sounds robotic or overly corporate**
* Comfortable starting conversations with strangers online
* Organized and able to manage a large volume of outreach
* Persistent with follow-ups without being overly aggressive
* Detail-oriented
* Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
* Comfortable working from scripts while personalizing messages when appropriate
* Interested in marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, or e-commerce
* Able to closely follow compliance-related messaging and instructions

## Necessary Experience

Experience in any of the following is a major plus:

* **Peptides / Research Use Only peptide products**
* Peptide e-commerce brands
* Affiliate marketing within the peptide space
* Research chemicals or research-product e-commerce
* Influencer or creator outreach
* Instagram outreach
* Affiliate recruitment
* Lead generation
* Appointment setting
* Social media management
* Health, wellness, fitness, or supplement e-commerce

**Candidates with direct peptide-industry experience are highly preferred.** If you have previously worked for a peptide company, peptide affiliate program, or similar e-commerce business, please explain that experience clearly in your application.

## What Success Looks Like

We care much more about results than simply logging hours.

We will track metrics such as:

* Number of qualified people contacted
* Response rate
* Number of conversations started
* Number of interested affiliates
* Affiliate signups
* Activated affiliates
* Sales/revenue generated from recruited affiliates

Someone who performs well will have the opportunity to take on significantly more responsibility as we continue growing.

## Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, with the opportunity for **performance-based bonuses tied to successful affiliate recruitment and results**.

We are looking for someone who would like to work with us long term rather than someone looking for a very short-term project.
