ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a People Operations & Training Lead to help scale a fast-growing U.S.-based healthcare company.
This is NOT a traditional HR role.
You will be responsible for:
• onboarding new hires
• running structured training
• ensuring tea
• helping build a strong, accountable team
This role is focused on execution, training, and accountability — not policies or paperwork.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. TRAINING & ONBOARDING
• Manage onboarding for all new hires
• Ensure completion of:
• system training (Updox, workflows, etc.)
• role-specific responsibilities
• Run daily / weekly check-ins during first 30 days
• Identify gaps and retrain where needed
2. PERFORMANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY
• Track performance during:
• first 7 days
• 30-day reviews
• Ensure tea
• respond on time
• follow processes
• complete tasks fully (closed-loop) Hubstaff following/Evaluation
• Flag underperformance early
3. HIRING SUPPORT
• Review applicants
• Send screening tasks
• Coordinate interviews
• Help maintain a strong hiring pipeline
4. PAYROLL & ADMIN SUPPORT
• Track hours / time logs
• Assist with payroll coordination
• Maintain basic employee records
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED:
• Experience in operations, HR, or training roles
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple people and workflows
• Strong written English C1 or C2 only
• High attention to detail
VERY IMPORTANT:
• You must be comfortable holding people accountable
• You must be able to enforce structure and follow-through
• You must be proactive — not waiting for instructions

• New hires ramp quickly and correctly
• Fewer mistakes and dropped tasks
• Clear accountability across the team
• Strong, consistent training system
IMPORTANT
This is NOT:
• a passive HR role
• a scheduling-only role
• a data entry role
We are looking for someone who can:

ensure execution
COMPENSATION
• Part-time (20–30 hours/week)
