JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced payment specialist who can help us successfully set up and activate iDEAL and Bancontact for our business.
We run an online course website focused on theory exam preparation. We sell digital theory courses for exams such as car, motorcycle, and other driving-related theory exams. Payments are a critical part of our business, especially for the Dutch and Belgian markets, which is why iDEAL and Bancontact are essential for us.
We have already tried multiple providers, including Stripe and Mollie, and most parts are set up correctly. However, activating and keeping iDEAL and Bancontact fully operational has not been successful so far. We are therefore looking for someone who truly understands payment processors, acquirers, and onboarding requirements, and who knows how to get these payment methods approved and running without issues.
Your role is to help us secure a working payment processor that supports iDEAL and Bancontact for our specific use case. This includes guiding us through the correct setup, compliance, communication with PSPs or acquirers if needed, and making sure everything works smoothly for a course-based business.
