Our team works closely with providers, payers, and patients to deliver high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care while supporting scalable healthcare operations.

We are seeking an experienced Payment Poster to join our Billing Team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely posting of payments to patient accounts, reconciling deposits, and maintaining the integrity of financial records. The Payment Poster will collaborate with billing and collections teams to ensure payments are applied correctly and discrepancies are resolved efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in payment posting or medical billing
Strong understanding of US medical billing and insurance processes
Proficiency in billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
Experience with payment posting systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding standards
Knowledge of federal and state billing regulations and compliance

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Setup: 100% Remote
Location Requirement: Must be based in the Philippines
Schedule: Must be willing to work during US Pacific Time hours
