JOB OVERVIEW

AffRemit is a global payments company providing payment processing, merchant accounts, chargeback solutions, payment gateways, and global payout solutions to businesses across a variety of industries.

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

What You’ll Do:

Manage emails, messages, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Organize calendars, meetings, and follow-ups
Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and internal records
Assist with merchant onboarding and document collection
Follow up with merchants, partners, and internal team members
Help keep CRM and merchant information up to date
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with research and gathering information
Support the team with various operational and administrative projects
Help ensure tasks and follow-ups are completed on time

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Highly detail-oriented and dependable
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Professional and responsive communication style
Comfortable handling confidential business information
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services is a plus

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership. You don’t need to be an expert in payments — we can teach you the industry — but you should be comfortable learning new systems and jumping in wherever needed.
