We are building a specialized remote team to handle PayPal account limitations, reviews, and compliance cases.
This role is not customer support and not sales.
It requires precision, discipline, and strong compliance judgment.
You will work with real PayPal cases involving:
Account limitations
Business verification
Identity (KYC) reviews
Appeals and back-office reviews
You will follow strict SOPs and be trained to operate at a professional compliance level.
???? Key Responsibilities
Analyze PayPal account limitations and restriction notices
Review call transcripts and case history
Identify recoverable vs non-recoverable cases
Prepare compliant explanations and documentation
Communicate professionally with PayPal support
Follow internal Decision Trees & QA standards
Avoid actions that could worsen or permanently limit accounts
Accurately document case outcomes and risk signals
? Required Skills & Experience
Must have:
Strong written and verbal English
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow structured processes exactly
Calm, professional communication style
Comfort handling sensitive financial/compliance cases
Strong advantage (but not required):
Experience with PayPal, Stripe, or payment platforms
Background in compliance, risk, KYC, AML, or account reviews
Customer support experience in fintech or e-commerce
