Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Aesthetics CSR (Remote - US Central Time)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a vibrant, engaging, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing US-based medical spa team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them navigate their wellness and beauty journeys. If you are passionate about the aesthetics industry and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

Industry Experience: Proven experience in the medical field is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness.

Language Skills: Near-native/Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Spanish is a major plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient with the Google Workspace environment (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets). Experience with Zenoti or Boulevard software is highly advantageous.

Shift Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM US Central Time (CT).
