About Us:
Heavenly Heat Saunas is a high-performance, fast-growing health company with a clear focus (since 1988) on offering the healthiest home saunas in the world. Their uncompromising standard of using zero wood glues or adhesives has unofficially earned them to be the gold standard of clean saunas. They are expanding into other product categories, and looking for an experienced, ambitious, and detail-oriented Partnerships Manager to support the company’s growth as they scale in 2026 and beyond.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and grow existing affiliate, influencer, and select brand partnerships
• Support partnership strategy and execution in collaboration with senior leadership
• Serve as the primary external point of contact for partners
• Own inbound partnership inquiries and lead outbound partner sourcing, with support from a Jr. Partnerships Manager
• Oversee affiliate onboarding and setup, primarily through Social Snowball
• Track partner performance, identify key callouts, and flag optimization opportunities
• Manage partner communication, follow ups, and overall relationship health
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and content expectations
• Tailor partnership offers and content pitches within defined guidelines
• Approve partnerships and help seal deals aligned with company goals
• Support commission payouts and payment tracking with Jr. team support
• Build, manage, and organize partnership contracts and agreements
• Support SOPs, documentation, and light training initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–10 years of experience in affiliate and business partnerships
• Prior experience managing affiliate, influencer, or partnership programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple partner relationships at once
• Confident negotiating deliverables, timelines, and partnership structures
• Ability to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or longevity is a plus

-Full-time, 3-6 month contractor position, with hope to extend!
-Pay: TBD (based on experience; very competitive pay for right candidate)
-Location: Company is based in Austin, TX (but much of the team is remote).
