This role requires strong attention to accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems and processes efficiently along with very complex operations. This role also requires prior knowledge about B2B sales and account management skills. (This is a must). You have to be comfortable and confident to take the lead and take initiative.
We are looking for individuals who can commit to a full-time (40 hours), long-term role in Eastern Standard time, working weekdays.

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Job Summary: The Partnerships & Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing local partnerships, securing and scheduling program offerings, and overseeing the execution of the program. This role combines relationship management, client communication, and internal coordination to support revenue growth and program success. This role is also responsible for cold outreach to potential partners to secure new revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with local partner facilities including schools, preschools, and community centers
-Manage CRM of all leads and potential opportunities, including adding in updates regarding contacts, potential revenue, and correspondence
-Maintain consistent
-Coordinate and execute demo classes prior to finalizing contract and/or registrations
Partnership Management & Program Operations
-Coordinate with partners to build seasonal schedules, resolve logistics, optimize program placement, and gather feedback to ensure program quality
-Input and manage class data in internal systems and communicate schedules to internal teams
-Collaborate with Staffing and Operations teams to prepare for upcoming seasons and confirm program readiness
Client Relations & Administrative Support
-Serve as main point of contact for clients regarding program offerings, logistics, and feedback while managing transactions such as enrollments, credits, and refunds
-Address client concerns with timely communication, escalating when necessary, and support revenue growth through relationship building
-Collaborate with Finance on invoice accuracy and payment tracking, work with Marketing on promotional materials, and track contracts and compliance documentation
-Document internal processes and assist with special projects and new program launches
-Additional responsibilities as required
Compensation details:
$7 to $9 per hour depending on the experience
Commission eligible if hit the sales goals
Benefits are available (13th month pay, pto )
