JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing non-medical home care company looking for a professional and motivated Partnership Outreach Virtual Assistant.

This is not a general administrative VA role. Your main responsibility will be helping us build referral relationships with professionals and organizations that serve seniors and adults needing care.

Responsibilities
Research potential referral partners
Contact case managers, social workers, senior communities, rehab facilities, hospitals, hospice companies, home health agencies, and other community organizations
Make professional outbound calls
Send introduction and follow-up emails
Schedule partnership meetings
Follow up consistently with prospective referral partners
Track all outreach and follow-up activity in GoHighLevel CRM
Maintain an organized referral pipeline
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with experience in:

B2B outreach
Appointment setting
Business development
Lead generation
Cold or warm calling
CRM management

Healthcare, home care, senior care, or medical VA experience is preferred but not required.

You must have clear professional English, be comfortable speaking with U.S.-based professionals, and understand how to build relationships without sounding overly sales-focused.

Schedule

This position will begin part-time and requires some availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
