About the Role
We are a growing Florida family law firm based in Panama City Beach. We’re seeking a detail?oriented, proactive recruiter / talent sourcer to help us find and attract experienced Florida?licensed family law attorneys.
This is a part?time, remote, contract role focused on research, sourcing, outreach, and candidate management inside our ATS (Ashby). You will work directly with the firm owner.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate sourcing
Identify Florida?licensed attorneys with family law experience (divorce, custody, support, litigation)
Focus on Panama City Beach and surrounding areas, plus broader Florida for potential relocation/remote options
Use The Florida Bar directory, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sources to build target lists
ATS management (Ashby)
Enter and maintain candidate records in Ashby
Keep candidate stages up to date
Tag, organize, and track candidates by location, experience, and status
Set reminders and follow?ups inside Ashby so nothing falls through the cracks
Outreach and follow?up
Use firm?provided templates to send personalized
Run consistent follow?up sequences (Day 3, Day 7, etc.)
Respond to initial candidate questions and move qualified candidates to the owner for interviews
Coordinate and schedule calls/interviews on the owner’s calendar
Market and role intelligence
Monitor competing job postings for Florida family law attorneys
Provide short weekly summaries: outreach volume, responses, candidate quality, and recommendations
Requirements
Strong written and spoken English
Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or lead generation
Comfortable using:
Ashby (or another ATS, with willingness to quickly learn Ashby)
LinkedIn and basic search filters
Google Sheets/Excel
Email
Very organized and process?driven:
Can follow a clear workflow
Can keep data clean and updated
Able to work independently with regular status updates
Nice to Have
Direct experience using Ashby as a recruiter or sourcer
Experience recruiting for legal roles or other professional positions in the US
Prior experience working with US?based law firms or professional services firms
Hours & Compensation
