JOB OVERVIEW

We run a Meta ads service producing short-form video ads for service-based businesses — window cleaning, house cleaning, and similar home service niches. We're hiring immediately and looking to get started right away.
The work: Edit 15–35 second ad clips in CapCut (desktop/Pro). We upload everything to Google Drive — footage, scripts, and example videos to match. You edit on your own schedule and upload finished files back within 24 hours. Fully async, no calls, no set hours, no micromanagement.
Bonus: If you have Canva experience, we'll also send occasional static ad creatives and flyers your way.
How we hire — no interview required: Qualified applicants receive a small paid test batch of 2–3 videos. We review the work and move forward from there. Simple.
What you'll do:

Edit short clips in CapCut to match provided examples
Overlay relevant B-roll that fits each script
Add clean, accurate, well-timed captions
Apply transitions, pacing cuts, basic audio/color cleanup
Upload finished files to the correct Drive folder within 24 hours
Occasional Canva flyers/static creatives (bonus)

Requirements:

Proficient in CapCut desktop/Pro
Experience with short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, or paid ads)
Can source and place relevant B-roll
24-hour turnaround, no exceptions
Self-directed — this role runs fully on async
Reliable internet and a computer that handles video editing smoothly

Nice to have: Prior Meta/TikTok ad editing experience. Canva skills.
