JOB OVERVIEW

Work Location: Remote
Contract Term: 3 months, with the possibility of extension
Hours: Up to 10 hours per week to start
Pay: $3.00–$3.50 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time assistant to help create accurate eBay listings for sports cards and collectibles. The primary goal of this role is to increase the number of items listed for sale while maintaining consistent listing quality.

Responsibilities
Create eBay listings using provided photographs and inventory information
Accurately enter card details, titles, descriptions, pricing, and item specifics
Research comparable sales when needed
Organize listing information and photographs
Maintain accurate custom SKU and inventory details
Identify missing information or possible listing errors
Assist with other basic e-commerce and inventory tasks as needed

Qualifications
Experience creating eBay listings is preferred
Familiarity with sports cards or collectibles is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow written instructions and established listing procedures
Reliable internet connection and computer access
Good written English and communication skills

Schedule

This is an independent contractor position with a flexible remote schedule. The contractor must be able to complete assigned work consistently and communicate progress or questions in a timely manner.
