JOB OVERVIEW

Long-Term Ongoing Opportunity
Big Branding – Australia

Big Branding is an Australian workwear, uniforms, embroidery and branding company based in Melbourne, Australia.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with product uploads and website management for our WordPress / WooCommerce website.

This is a part-time ongoing role with long-term potential for the right person.

We are not looking for a short-term “gig” worker. We are looking for someone who enjoys structured work, follows systems carefully, communicates well, and wants to become part of a growing business over time.

Main Responsibilities
Upload products to WooCommerce
Create and manage product variations (sizes, colours etc.)
Upload and organise product images
Resize/crop images where required
Apply categories, tags, attributes and product data correctly
Format product descriptions and specifications
Assist with website housekeeping and catalogue organisation
Follow naming conventions and upload procedures accurately
Work from supplier catalogues, PDFs and spreadsheets
Save all uploads as drafts for review before publishing
Skills Required
Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
Strong attention to detail
Good written English communication
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and repetitive tasks
Organised and reliable
Able to follow written and video instructions carefully
Basic image editing skills preferred
Experience with apparel/workwear product uploads is an advantage
About The Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

organisation,
systems,
consistency,
and structured workflow.

Attention to detail is extremely important to us.

Initially, the role will likely be approximately 10–15 hours per week with flexibility, however additional hours and responsibilities may become available over time.

Interview Process

We prefer a video interview process.

During the interview, we will demonstrate our upload workflow and explain our systems and expectations live via screen share. We believe this is the best way for both parties to understand the role clearly.

To Apply

Please provide:

A short introduction about yourself
Your experience with WooCommerce or Shopify
Examples of similar work you have completed
Your hourly rate
Your internet speed and computer specifications

Thank you and we look forward to speaking with you.
