We are a busy interventional pain management and sports medicine clinic based in Florida, looking to hire a part-time Virtual Marketing Representative to help grow our patient base and online presence.
???? Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Digital Presence
Manage and update business profiles on platforms like Instagram,
Create and schedule 3–4 high-quality content posts per week (graphics, captions, videos)
Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and DMs
Request and respond to patient reviews
Track and report social media engagement weekly
2. Referral Outreach (Virtual)
Research and contact providers such as local primary care providers, physical therapists, and chiropractors
Email
Maintain and update referral tracking sheet or CRM
Follow up with warm leads every two weeks
3. Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral
Design professional flyers, brochures, and educational handouts using Canva
Support branding consistency across all materials
Prepare visuals for digital campaigns and patient-facing resources

Use tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo to send monthly newsletters and patient reactivation campaigns
Draft compelling copy and layout for announcements, seasonal tips, and new services

5. Blog & Content Writing
Write 1 short blog post per week (300–500 words)
Topics may include pain management tips, sports injuries, recovery strategies, and procedures
Format for website or newsletter inclusion
6. Performance Tracking & Metrics
Collaborate with the team to monitor ad performance
Prepare concise weekly reports on KPIs: leads, clicks, referrals, engagement, and ad performance
7. Online Reputation Management
Monitor review platforms such as Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, and Zocdoc
Flag inappropriate reviews and respond professionally to patient feedback
Encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews

Canva, Google Drive, Trello or Notion, Gmail
Instagram,
You’ll be working directly with the practice manager to coordinate marketing efforts and share new ideas.
???? Ideal Candidate:
Has strong English writing and communication skills
Is familiar with digital and healthcare marketing
Is creative, self-motivated, and organized
Can work at least 2–3 hours/day during US Eastern Time (flexible scheduling)
This is a long-term, part-time position with room to grow in responsibility and hours over time.
