Hi! My name is Jill, and I’m a mortgage professional in the U.S. who is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for my clients and referral partners.
My business is growing, and I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me stay organized, improve client communication, and continue delivering a high level of service.
This is a part-time position (15 hours per week) to start, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role.
What you’ll help me with:
• Organizing and updating client and Realtor databases
• Assisting with
• Managing files and documents (Google Drive / One Note)
• Helping prepare simple marketing materials (Canva/CapCut)
• Keeping systems organized so nothing falls through the cracks
Who I’m looking for:
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong written English skills
• Positive attitude and dependable
• Takes initiative and enjoys helping others
• Comfortable learning new systems
Bonus (not required):
• Experience in mortgage or real estate
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• One Note, Canva, CapCut experience
