I run a purpose-driven fitness and coaching business focused on helping busy professionals find balance and transform their health through sustainable strength training, mindset work, and fulfilling activities. My mission is to create impact through coaching, education, and connection—with a vision to expand this into greater service work and mental health advocacy. This role isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about growing together, sharing ideas, and being part of something meaningful.
I’m looking for a proactive, collaborative virtual assistant to help streamline daily operations to expand the businesses impact. This includes managing social media, automating communication through GoHighLevel and ManyChat, supporting with grant research and applications, and helping transfer website hosting. I don’t need someone who knows it all—but I do want someone who’s curious, organized, and committed to learning and building with me. We will be working along side each other.
Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms.
Automate workflows and communication using GoHighLevel and ManyChat.
Research and apply for grants relevant to the business
Assist with daily scheduling, keeping the calendar organized and ensuring tasks are prioritized.
Assist with website transfer and manage website hosting as needed
Provide insights into lead generation and conversion rates, helping to grow the business's online presence
Contribute to creative brainstorming, process improvement, and lead generation ideas.
Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with GoHighLevel and ManyChat for automation. or willingness to learn
Proven track record in social media management and creating engaging content.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a busy schedule and keep founder on track.
Interest or background in health, fitness, or wellness industries is a plus.
Strong written communication skills for both grant application processes and CRM e-mail flow
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Work Hours:
7 AM to 11 AM Eastern Time (7 PM to 11 PM in the Philippines - Flexible if needed)
Preferred methods of communication: Zoom for check-ins and WhatsApp for daily updates.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Performance bonuses available based on initiative, lead conversion, and growth contributions.
