JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time Virtual Assistant – ServiceTitan Expert

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is highly proficient with ServiceTitan.

This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position paying $8 USD per hour. We are specifically looking for someone who has already worked extensively with ServiceTitan and can navigate the platform independently.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update customer and job information in ServiceTitan
Assist with scheduling and dispatch
Review and update jobs, invoices, and customer records
Run reports and organize information from ServiceTitan
Help maintain accurate data within the system
Assist with other administrative tasks related to ServiceTitan


Requirements:

Strong previous experience with ServiceTitan is required
Comfortable navigating ServiceTitan without significant training
Strong attention to detail
Good written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection
Organized and dependable


Pay: $8 USD/hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Position: Part-time, long-term
