JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing accounting firm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support both bookkeeping and lead generation efforts.
This is a part-time, long-term role with consistent daily work (approximately 2–4 hours per day).
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation (Daily Focus):
• Research and identify potential clients (small businesses, startups, etc.)
• Perform outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Maintain and update lead tracking systems (Google Sheets/CRM)
• Assist with basic SEO and online marketing tasks (optional but preferred)
Bookkeeping & Financial Support:
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks)
• Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Organize and prepare financial reports for client delivery
• Submit completed financials to supervisor for review
Requirements:
• Experience with bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
• Input "Accountant pro in the subject line"
• Intermediate understanding of financial statements
• Experience with lead generation or online research
• Strong English communication skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow systems and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients
• Familiarity with SEO or digital marketing
• Include the word ‘balance sheet’ in your application
• CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Compensation:
• $3–$5/hour depending on experience
• Approx. 16–20 hours per week (~$50–$70/week)
• Opportunity for increased hours and pay based on performance
